2025-2027 AGING PLAN

Every 3 years, the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) creates a multi-year plan that helps guide the programs, services and resources that will work for the consumers of the ADRC. In 2024, we prepared to our plan for the years 2025, 2026 & 2027. This plan is not an all-inclusive list of projects in the ADRC but more highlights a project to focus on in different areas of funding during this time.

Even though this plan is done, it is a working document so if circumstances change or a greater priority comes up the plan can be adjusted. So, we want to continually hear from the public on their priorities or what you feel the Green County aging population could benefit from.
